Great tutorials. Quick question - I missed something between Tutorial #1 and Tutorial#2... How did you create the slicers on the left? They weren't there in Tutorial #1, and you never showed how they were made in #2.

Great video! Just to comment on the calc sheet: it would be also dynamic if you can create a table, maybe using the =UNIQUE formula and create a =SUMIFS. Possibly there will be an another update, for example, one closed project for E2E. The source table under E2E is current so if there will be added data for closed or cancelled, it will be missed.

The part between 5:14 and 9:20 where you make another (pivot) table and manually get the value for each item with GETPIVOTDATA could've been solved with a few clicks in a pivot table by repeating item labels and showing items with no data in pivot table field settings. But otherwise, great video!

How'd you get the slicer to update everything?

1- Right Click on slicer. 2- Report Connection's 3- Select which pivot table do you need to update. :)
