Hey mate, There can be many possible reasons for this. REally hard to say something without seeing your site. Rest try disabling cache plugin if you have. Make sure the page is published. Clear the cache / check in another browser in private mode. update website plugins/ theme and wp versions.

Honestly, I never needed to buy those pro versions. but if you really want to accelerate the process and save the time then you can buy those pro versions. I don't recommend strongly anyone to buy ASTRA pro or ELEMENTOR pro versions. There are plenty of plugins so if you use free versions you will not miss anything.

Hello dear, hard to say without looking into the website. but check plugins settings for the header template. Some themes or plugins might allow conditional display of headers based on page types (home, category, etc.).

You might be using a speed optimization plugins hindering with the natural flow of the page builder. Few tips for you. 1) Update wordpress, plugins, themes. 2) Deactivate speed plugins and then try again. 3) deactivate all the plugins and enable them one by one to find out the culprit plugin breaking the page builder. wait for another update of that plguin or replace that one with another one not breaking the site.
