thats great Pratima but when i create the reciprocal role of contact contact relationships it does not worked in my case.would you suggest me something for that.....

Hi Pratima first of all a big thanks for this wonderful session, just one quick thing is there any Salesforce documentation where SF is saying instead of using Individual data model, use person account household model

I did exactly the same thing what you did @8:53 however it is returning an error: {You can't associate a private contact with an account}. Any idea why it is showing this. So I created a contact (Julie Green) as role (wife) and when I associate that with Green's household it is throwing an error. Thank you.
