Concerning the matter of founders networking with VCs, I've encountered numerous founders who hold a cautious stance on this practice, advocating for engagement only when one is fully prepared to embark on a fundraising campaign. Their argument centers on the notion that approaching VCs before being thoroughly ready may project an image of sloppiness , potentially putting a founder at a disadvantage when they eventually decide to pursue fundraising. Hey Aarthi and Sriram, There has been a negative connotation attached to networking in my mind up until now. This video helped me discover the real essence of networking. I would like you all to talk about networking and more about how to optimize networking when someone like me is seeking jobs and would like to know about my field from people working there. I often wonder why someone will take time out for me or What I have to offer. So yeah, it will be really helpful to get your perspective about networking while seeking a job as a college student.

I would like to get some more insights on how to choose whom to network with not just within ur org but outside. Most of the times i have seen myself failing to build a continous connect or followup bcoz i realise that the person wont be helpful in my journey. Thoughts?
