Hi Brian, Is it possible to have a set of plans for the indexing jig. I make a lot of wheels for different toys. I use a jig that is a bit hit and miss. Your setup would certainly speed things up a bit.

What if you tried to do it the way you make a bandsaw box - after cutting the general shape of the car, cut both flat sides off. Then cut the chair profile out, and drill the window profiles out of your "sides". Then you can just glue the sides back on
