Love you brother ! I was quite depressed for last 2 months and various thoughts got stucked in my head. I was trying to find answers for all those questions which were disturbing me. So after watching your various videos, I realised I have to find answers within inner world and not outer world (Which I was doing for very long and that kept me frustrated). So I learnt following things for last 1 week from ur videos which brought me hope and energy again :- 1. Don't think about what people say whether it's good or bad. What matter is what u think of urself in ur mind. 2. When u r feeling low, what you need to do is see urself in mirror and say "I'm the greatest person ever born on this planet". 3. Don't take life too seriously. You can be happy when u realise that u r still alive rather thinking about failures and negative thoughts. 4. If negative thoughts come into ur mind. Just start a stopwatch for 10 mins and say to urself let them come and I m ready to deal it for next 10 mins. 5. You can't never get rid of negative thoughts, they r part of life. If u want to get rid of thoughts then you should be willing to surrender positive thoughts as well. (Both r not possible) 6. Live as if u were to die tommorow 7. Just be urself always, everyone is unique. Don't change urself according to others thinking and don't try to change other people as you will never succeed, so just accept them as they are. 8. You always become what you think of yourself in your mind and don't try to imitate others to just show off amongst others. 9. Don't try to run away from negative thoughts as they would hurt you more, the more you get scared of them like a ghost. Just face themself fearlessly. 10. Everyone in this world will find a way to take advantage of you except ur parents. So just accept ur parents as they are. Thank you from bottom of my heart. If I haven't seen your videos, I will never find what I was doing wrong and might take some step which could be hurtful.

Difference between self esteem and self confidence Self esteem means ur way of observing ur self (right/wrong) means ur are observing ur self that u r in right direction with out any cheat and u r sincere to ur self. And self confidence means u hv that confidence that u can do it... And Passion means u r not interested in that work but u r working for it for that last outcome in the sense u r not liking the work. But if you have thought that u hv to do that nd u r mentally prepared . Nd still there is any circumstances but u hv to go on and the problems u r facing u hv to see that passionately means u r playing a game like that..Passion for playing and to face every problem masterly like a game.thn learn practice the right thing from the right source or person.. Suppose u r preparing fir upsc, the person who hv not any knowledge about upsc or hv not appeared that entrance nd u r asking him/ her about that entrance nd he/she is telling u that it's very hard,nd u can't do this or he is telling u anything about that so u hv to prepare or practice from the expert in upsc or from the topper by observing or contacting like that ... And the last thing is patience and persistence becoz u r following the right direction so u need not to be worry about everything.. 🙂 and yes also remember the 3 pillars1. passion 2.practice from the right source. 3.Patience and persistence....
