R0 wuyou is already very very strong , but I would suggest U wait for few more days for the new version preview and see what new espers we getting first

She will only attack when she have max stack, and she gets stack when defender teammates get hit

Shield set ? Can also, but I recommend U build her more Def = more tankniess and DPS at the same time

She is a better pick ONLY IF you have R6 Lian and a lot high reso defender to help her stack up, or else ikki or Anna is better
