Scrap adding the 2x6 baseboard onto the pallet. Dimensional lumber is easily and cheaply available pretty much anywhere. Save a bit of weight for the shipping cost of the pallet.

Love it. Only problem is see is those ground posts could be severely damaged during install if rocky ground. A 1 5/8 ground post might be a better option than a swedged 1 3/8 due to the ability to cut off any damage part from slamming.

If you use a 1 5/8" ground post in rocky ground like I have, is there an adapter available to connect to the hoops? Thanks.

great video hope i can afford to buy 2 or 3 of these tunnels from 75' to 100' long this year. How long would you estimate it to take a husband and wife team to build a 100' long haven high tunnel?

Why not use 8' 2x6 baseboard instead of 6'? There'd be no need for joiner plates between posts because every baseboard joint would land on a post. I'll ask the same question about the double channel. Is it to keep the pallet at 6 foot instead of 8 foot? That seems a bit pointless. Final edit: the whole thing ships on a 4X8 pallet, so it really makes no sense to me not to use 8' baseboard and double channel. Also, overall, I like the product and will consider Farmers Friend when I'm ready to purchase a high tunnel, but I'd prefer an option to locally source the baseboard. I'd also like to see an option for taller ground posts as 15 inches seems a little short. I'd like to have 3 or 4 foot verticals before the bend of the hoop starts.

It’s a day for us to relax, refresh, refocus and worship; worship a God who loved us so much that He built a day of rest into Creation week and then commanded us to keep it (knowing we probably wouldn’t do it otherwise-even though it is for our best good). MAYBE... you should also make your you tube video's unavailable on Saturdays as it also generates business. Not just your website.
