This smoker is a BEAST and it took less than 1 hour to build!
If you choose to subscribe to our channel and turn the bell notification on (which we'd really appreciate), we'll let you know when our next video has been uploaded so you don't miss it!
If you are anything like me, hate reading instructions and would rather watch a step by step video on how to do something, then this video is for you!
You can also use this video for build reference to the standard Bronco too as it's essentially the same build process.
Now the standard ‪@OklahomaJoesSmokers‬ Bronco Drum Smoker has long been my favourite smoker, now the Bronco Pro is here, I had to get my hands on it! It's a bigger and better version of the standard Bronco.
I've always struggled to get a big brisket in the normal Bronco but with the extra cooking space in the Bronco Pro, that won't be an issue anymore!
If you have any questions in regards to the video, feel free to ask in the comments below!

Hey Aaron, sorry to jump around a bit here just looking at smoking options love the idea of the drum smokers but just had a question. Do you think you could possibly leave off the wheels and ask for more feet to then be able to sit it on a conrete block or something like this to raise the smoker?

Socket size for the nuts and bolts would have been worth mentioning. I wish my teenage son had given me some help - the little guy did far more work. I intend to use food grade heat-proof sealant on all joints having heard some people found the Bronco a little bit leaky in places. A good explanation and thank you for posting

Just wondering why the vent on the lid is at the back? Would it not cook more evenly with the vent in the middle of the lid? Cheers

Wood love a drum smoker, that looks like a solid unit. I just don't have room (or the need if honest) for another cooker.
