Sir I am a 2021o/l batch student... so I had to spent most of my days in online studies this has bring me some problems to lacking of focus during class hours and feeling sleepy while studying and this is completely new to me sir... bcs b4 online studies I have always had good focus and returned home with satisfaction... but now in a/l all is gone ... I don't no how to get the focus back I am trying to.. yet sir I study in main hall (no enough space at my home to get a separate room for my self) .. bcz of this I easily get distracted due to talks... sir I am totally blank on what to do with all these problems....any tips sir atheist to get rid of sleepiness
