Very underrated channel. Put together a channel trailer, and run the video as an ad to drive people here. Set a budget of around 3 grand, and run ads around $50 to $100 a day. You put out enough content to stay active and feed the masses info.

Great content Hunter ...I'm never disappointed ....I have been doing the row and lat pull down from the bench like you for years ...Would you say 45 degres is the best angle for the bilateral/unilateral row with the straps? I didnt have a strap like yours but I used a old belt for this exercise .....works very well indeed like with the strap ..Another question also...When doing lat pull down with a handle on unilateral , would you keep the neutral grip or supinated leading to neutral...What is your view on this exercise ...Thanks a lot ..Say Hi to your dad I haven't seen him since 1988 ( was my first competition ) when I was living in France....Cheers from downunder....It's such a pleasure to follow your progress

This too is my favorite Lat Pulldown exercise. The only thing I do different is I do not internally rotate my bracing arm. Seems to aggravate my impingement pretty quickly but bracing with a neutral position like Joe does works perfectly for me.

Holy moly! I'm more inclined to follow the dogs on the bed at age 62 but always inspired! What supp are you snorting at ~15 mins in? I've seen others do so in other videos too so I may have missed it. Just wondering if it is smelling salts or something else? Thanks and good luck! If you scroll bag on his ig, he used to do a bunch of deadlifts, barbell rows ECT… I think his training has changed and does want to do those big heavy lifts, but rather isolate specific parts of his back and use more machine work so he can recover faster. Just guessing!

I'm tired of being a God damn skinny toothpick scrawny ectimorph twig. 8yrs ago I used to be such a fat ass overweight 175lbs 45in waist, 40% bodyfat, drank on days that ended in Y, smoked Marlboro 5pk a day & ate 247365 nasty gross disgusting sickening body killing foods from the trough. Now I'm at 130lbs, 13% body fat, 29in waist (men), 20in waist (kids) have managed to keep it off for 9yrs & counting. P90X, P90X2, P90X3, Bodybeast, 22Min hard core, 100% pure natty. I'd like eff that want to have about 20lbs to 30lbs of solid muscle from traps to calves. YES, I do the work even if it's P90X, X2 X3 & body beast 7 days a week. I will P90X & rest 1 min after the last workout then immediately pop in P90X3, or P90X2 & P90X3, or Body beast & P90X3. Block 3 of the X workouts are chose a workout. I do both for that day. All these workouts with permanent sciatica nerve damage. Example: wrap a rubber band around your testicles & have a friend/s flick at their discretion your nads till you drop dead. The pain that travels from my left lower back thru my left butt cheek to my groin down my leg & back up & to my shoulder, neck. 75% my left side is tingling or numb. Sometimes my left leg doesn't communicate in everyday use. Sometimes just gives out. So I do workout maybe not like a bodybuilder but I do workout.
