How to Bull like

For years, Bull has been a bottom-of-the-barrel Brawler, impossible to play, complete super-feeder for the enemy, and one of the all-time weakest Brawlers out there.
I’m willing to bet that unless you’re one of those trophy-addicts or ladderwarriors, you barely ever bother to push him.
In fact, most of you find him fun to play but aren’t interested in pushing him, probably because doing so seems like such a tall order, because everything except Mortis seems to counter Bull.
But we have people like Mastermind Shay, aka Mastermin D’Arc, who can go as far as dodging Shelly Supers in its face. So, how does he do it?
I went through 500 Bull clips by Shay, and here’s what I found.

I maxed out my bull and he’s my only maxed out character cause he’s one of the best in the game. I can two shot every dps and 3 shot a frank. Maxed out I have 8100 health with the maxed out sheild ability and 50% healing faster

Your tips are good, but in my opinion tips are useful only for maps (like if there are any tricks for a map or advantage) and interactions between specific brawlers (for exsample for Bull vs Shelly). For gameplay and fast decisions most of it is common sense, If you know how to react you know, if you don't you don't ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
