Such a great instructional video ruined by the absolutely horrendous and loud music. You could have spoken instead of the subtitles but even just the rustling of the garlic along with your breathing would have been infinitely better than the shopping channel type muzak.

@@VegetableAcademy The unfortunate part of adding music to a home made youtube video is that we can't gauge how loud it will be for the viewer until after we post it. Great vid btw.

Great tutorial for garlic bunching. Years ago garlic vendors at a German market used to add dried flowers to their braids and bundles. It made a very aesthetic finish.
