Hi, I'm new but how do you get other models instead of a grey female model. For example, I want to use Osana instead of a grey model.

I'm not sure if this is only the animation(s) that I used, but I did the "Texting" and "Texting and Walking" animation and while it did work, once I made Yandere Chan run, her shoes sank into the ground and it became a recurring issue with other animations other than the ones I bundled. Is there any way I can fix this or should I just switch to another animation? If needed I could provide photo/video evidence! ^^
