Please do a how to on how To throw bars the opposite way of your front foot

Thanks for great vid! Your explanation of how to get the back wheel up really made it for me. It was really easy once I did like you show. One question though - when I lift my back wheel up my bike also tend to turn slightly to the same direction as my ”lifting” foot is. Any tips how to avoid that, besides just practicing over and over again?

Glad it helped! Staying straight is kind of a tough one to remedy. It will come with practice for sure but I guess maybe one tip I have is that there really isn’t just one “lifting” foot. You can actually use both your front and back foot to scoop the back end up! Just point your toes down and apply pressure on both the front and the rear pedals! Hope that helps you out

@@JosiahOchoa Cool, got it! I definitely mostly used one foot… will practice to use both feet when ”lifting” the back wheel then. Thanks for the advice, truly appreciated

I’m left foot forward but I Throw with my right hand for barsspins please do a a tutorial on how to throw bars like this i absolutely can’t throw bars with my left

I would just recommend learning the barspin switch if that’s the way you’re most comfortable👍just make sure you pinch your cranks or seat and get your knees out of the way. The only thing that learning switch bars really affects is doing 180 bars and bigger variations. But if you’re just trying to do a regular hop barspin I would say learning them switch is the best way to go about that👍

do i need to have grippy shoes to lift back whee,l
@JosiahOchoa Жыл бұрын
I would say as long as your pedals are grippy, and you are wearing athletic or skate shoes you should be good. The pressure you put on the pedals keeps your feet on.
