This guy is a true pro. I bought my first screen printing equipment from Bob in 2000, through his old homecashbusiness website. I drove from West L.A. to Bob's workplace in the Inland Empire and piled all the gear into the back seat of my old VW Fox. He was a very kind man who patiently showed me how everything went together. Within a few days I was selling shirts on ebay. This gentleman knows what he's talking about, and his videos are a great resource. Thanks, Bob.

I bought a screen printer from Bob many years ago. It was a single station kinda like the one he uses in this video but it had a metal frame, and a second palette to cure the shirt on with the attached flash drier. I had a blast with it! I used it for at least 10 years and actually sold it last year when I got a Riley Hopkins. I actual wish I would have kept it now that its gone :-( I made thousands of shirts on it for my shop. You Rock Bob!!

My question is, what is the best type of emulsion to use with the Exposure unit you explained how to build in your tutorials (12" from 500w Halogen Light to Screen) to get the 3 minute exposure time? Thanks a lot! Mike

I have a 15 (fifteen) watt LED (frosted cover) fixture in my bathroom that would be mostly blocked by closed shower curtain ... would it be safe to expose emulsion AND / OR washout emulsion with this “light” on? Please advise. As far as watching your videos - no further comment is needed in my opinion.See my one word opinion ☝️ above!

Bob Mongiello I cant wait to try your technique ! I ruined 2 screens trying to do it in one hit, I know I can do what you demonstrated, I over coated my first attempt... It came out so great, till wash out, the lettering was perfect, but the design, didn't come out, only congealed, then bubbled up blistered and pealed off it is a good thing I don't give up.
