Since watching Fresh Spawns on KZbin I've enjoyed their uploads so much I purchased this game for PS5. I can do all the basic stuff & I'm now learning how to get a gun put together. This game is a lot of work just to get started fresh in a map & stay alive with the amount of danger in this game. Becoming a fav game of mine rn.

Yeah it's great to have a difficult game now, when games are much easier, also heres some tips: Before you get good at it, PvP will be hell, my first 2 weeks I died constantly, now I have 3000 hours played over 3 years and I've won battles against like 5-10 people alone, so don't worry, you'll get the hang of PvP Gear fear, gear fear is being afraid of losing your loot, don't have gear fear because you must realise that dying is a very essential part of DayZ, and once you get rid of your gear fear, you'll enjoy it much more KOS, KOS stands for Kill on Sight and is when somebody instantly kills somebody when they see them without talking first or anything. Don't do that ever, the fun of DayZ comes from the people you meet and the experiences you have, so prioritise memorable encounters over temporary loot If you have any questions about anything DayZ related let me know and I'll tell you all I know

I've always watched dayz content but never actually played it. Mainly cause I'm a console player an the game was meant to be awful on console. I hear the PS5 handles the game well? What's shooting like on a controller?

I always talk, even if they beat my character to death. I've watched so much DayZ the past 7yrs but never thought to try it till recently. Since you can pour gasoline out you should be able to light it on fire. You should be able to like make a big puddle of gas in a house and a trail of gas out to a bush and when someone comes in the house light the trail from the bush and burn them alive
