I find that aiming at the thousand-foot markers will often make your glideslope too high, so I like to aim right at the threshold, also matter of opinion but I like to use the "3" camera mode to get the circle on the centerline of the runway at the threshold then switch to the "1" camera mode to let it stay there unless the wind changes, at which point I adjust. I then switch back to the "3" camera mode for the roundout and it usually works pretty well.

For me keyboard with cam 1 is easier Use the map (runway most useful except the one runway at Kai tak(why would u need when doing a 90° turn)

I like to have my air speed where the plane starts to "Skid" in the air, when in this state it has delayed controls much better flair control and wind physics, using this air speed you get the best possible butter.

The baron super king is THE most glitchy aircraft. While taxiing, it will go on it's nose (9 times out of 10) It floats like shown early in the video It will randomly hop (this happened to me once while landing in Kitesboro and I was sent back 45 minutes away)

If a jet has parachutes irl it most likely has it in-game Adding flaps for all 500+ aircraft is nearly impossible (B-52 is an exception but that's just a dev deciding to give it flaps, also at the time of you making that comment it didn't have flaps iirc)
