Can you include info when the buyer does not need to loan and just wants to pay 100% cash upfront? Do we just give you a manager's check? Do we still need to provide proof of income documents etc?

Hi Kage, no need to provide income documents if you pay in cash. Yes, you will sign some paperworks and then pay via managers check.

Hi Alex my brother purchased a condominium in Manila the Uptown Ritz in the GBC area he has no deed he just makes payments to his realtor he gets no receipt or proof of payment he pays her through metro Bank is this ok?

Hi David, I don't recommend paying to your realtor. The payment should go directly to the developer and after payment an O.R should be issued by the developer. I suggest to stop sending any payments and clarify if the payments made are being paid to the developer.

Mam puede po makahingi ng payo nyo. Sapat na po ba nakasaad sa contract to sell ng condo unit na wala ng puede maghabol sa property kapag na notarize na ang doas. Hindi kasi ma produce ng seller ang cenomar nya. Single kasi nakalagay sa original deed of sale. Salamat po.

Hi Paul, yes! You don't need to apply for bank financing if you have ample cash to buy the unit.
