Dear saira , firstly the board calculation is wrong , total figure makes 1.012.082 ringit.if your purchase is 1.010.000 ringit your total cost should be somewhere around 1.050.000 ringit.if your are not able to know what the total cost of the property you might have been relaesed this video later on when you figured out all the cost.

I think that is not quite right local don’t buy houses over one million ringgit, if you go to Mont kiara there’s condo and landed properties price over 2-3 million ringgit own by local and landed properties in TTDI price from 1.5 million to 4-5 million ringgit own by locals

Majority of the citizen is going to buy houses ranging from 350k-700k for Condo and close to 1mil for landed house if its a prime area, much less for outskirts or in other states.
