Not all houses necessarily look the way a typical modern house looks after moving in. Maintaining the exact same way is near to impossible, provided you have a lot of money. One of the harsh realities in maintaining a house that no person owns to is pests controlling. It is a very daunting challenge to overcome. One will hardly notice any infestation in the beginning, but sooner or later there will be a colony/nest of insects lurking around the house, especially 🪳. The treatment will become an extravagance in itself. I must appreciate the effort taken by Arianna and the realtor as well to explain the arduous process that one has to go through in buying a house in The States. Needless to say, the process is arduous and not as easy as it sounds.
