I don’t have Merch either. As I said in my comment I support BTS and always will . The members go above and beyond to give us their very best, but WEverse Shop is letting them down by not providing the best customer service. Just my personal view.

The membership is very helpful to have if you're a US based ARMY. It gives you access to the presale of BTS concert tickets. Through the presale, I was able to get floor seats with soundcheck for the MOTS tour. Without the membership, I was able to get tix but they were nosebleed seats. I renewed my membership and got the Merch Pack. Expensive but the first 2 boxes are pretty good esp since they are not for sale to the gp so rare in that sense. The 3rd is a bit meh so I'm still considering if it's worth the shipping cost. Anyway, with so many new ARMY, that membership could be the difference between getting tix to the concert and staying home.

@@blackdiamond3112 yes, regular membership will give you access to pre-sale of BTS concerts. Really the only difference is the merch boxes that you can get with the merch pack membership. The boxes are free but you have to pay for shipping which is not cheap depending on where you are.
