It's a great video, but I can see where people would get nervous or lost with all of the minor steps in the process (connecting the dapp to the wallet, signing, etc). The real thing that people need to understand is that you just have to try it to learn how to use it (practice). Try small amounts and play around with it until you learn the steps and are comfortable with how it works. I do this with trying out new dapps or strategies and learning something new in crypto can be really rewarding and boost your confidence with defi.

I like both of those yes. ADA/Alts just depends on your risk tolerance. I use Cardano as a more risky play so I am 100% in alts on Cardano. I have BTC and ETH to cover this risk
