Very good flat in dwarka prime location. But nearby area is not good. 1.2cr is little overpriced but 1cr is value for money. 👍.. good for those who want to live in delhi for work purpose. I would invest in dwarka expressway if i have 1cr capital.

I stay on rent in CR Park for 25k, and it's a 2 room set plus kitchen, 2 balconies and a lobby. This is definitely overpriced. Paying a little over 1 cr can get a small flat in south Delhi, which is well populated.

@@BRSSHOW 2 to 2.5cr mein to Minneapolis city in USA mein 1 bhk mil jata (1000 sqft approx) hai with location and surrounding which even poshest area in delhi or mumbai cant even match. 70-80L in Melbourne city of Australia ke outer mein 1 bhk mil jata hai with similar area. Gov wants indian middle and upper middle class of india to live like pigs at the cost of their entire lifetime savings.

2 bhk (1425sqft) was recently sold for 1.75cr, that makes it 12280/sqft rate. By this rate 1076 sqft 1 bhk should be at least 1.32cr. There is always one rate of PER SQ FT. in a society.

1 BHK is 100 Sq. Yards. with LIFT and CAR PARKING in a Gated Society. Yeh toh bahut reasonable hai, Mumbai is expensive.
