Is it possible to refi a seller financed deal? And if so how does that typically work?

Typically this is just a deal between you and the seller, no actual loan has been taken out. So you would not be able to refi, technically if the original owner has a loan, they could. But it could impact your deal that is in place so make sure you take that into consideration when creating the contract between you and the seller.
