TT F Yes, in the state of Florida you must wait seven years to do adverse possession. What county are you in?

Part of hostile requirements is to trespass yet you would need a court order to be removed

So, pay taxes, trespass for 7 years, then do a quiet title documenting your possession with energy, water, taxes paid.
