I just want to know if I got 72 hrs ticket do I need to validate once or on every ride

You don’t have to validate. Because the date you buy is written on the ticket.

No u can not buy tickets directly from drivers!! Its not austria where u can directly buy tickets from drivers!! Driver will ask u to buy it online !
