How to bypass google account on LG V20 and other lg phones working

When I get to Google and type in setup wizard, it says the version of Google play services on this phone is unsupported. Is there anyway to get past this?

What do u do for lg v20 if u complete all the steps but when u get too setup wizard it's not inside the in apps part of the phone???

But only problem I had I couldn't get in to the wizard as it say need update so I have to fine another way

I sure they updated because when you use Google maps and voice to open Google is says "please unlocked and accept the update agreement"
