Hello!! I got given an Iphone 5c! an old man was about to throw it in the bin and i asked him for the phone, i asked him to remove it from his icloud but he sadly doesnt remeber it anymore. He removed the PIN code for me so the phone is unlocked... I just cant remove the icloud account or the FMI. any ideas? i have an Windows Computer. Kind regards. Great video! very interesting.

No, unfortunately signal won’t work after this bypass. You can use the FactoryActivation option in Sliver to allow syncing the device with your computer and installing IPAs, but I don’t think that will allow signal.

Yes you can connect to WiFi. It’s up to you if you want to do it on your Apple ID. It wouldn’t harm your Apple ID in any way. This type of bypass just removes the Setup.app.

If the device is on the Activation Lock Screen then yes. If it’s on the Home Screen with FMI on then it’s a different story and you may have to use a different function or software. I have not been as successful with Open Menu iCloud removal so I can’t give too much advice as I only want to provide advice that I know will work.

That’s an easy fix. Just go to brew.sh Then copy the command on the first page, paste it into Terminal, and hit enter. Once the command completes, you can proceed.

@@alwaysappleftd I tried doing that but it says that my MacBook (Mac OS 10.15.7) isn’t compatible with the latest version of Homebrew and I can’t find any older versions.

Yes. The method is untethered. It will only go away if you reset or restore the device.

You can’t. It’s not compatible with the exploit used to bypass devices. The exploit is called checkm8, and it’s used from the iPhone 5s to iPhone X. It’s almost impossible to bypass devices above the iPhone X, as Apple has patched most of the methods or vulnerabilities.

Thanks for asking. I’m more of a Mac guy, and mostly work with 64bit devices like the iPhone 5s and up. I’m almost certain there’s a Windows method but I haven’t looked into it. I’ll get back to you if I figure something out.

@@natesofa it does not have malware windows defender/security thinks its a virus because it comes from an untrusted source or something in correlation to that
