2:32 tried doing the same thing with lg aristo 3, as i thought it would work the same way, however when ejecting the sim card, it throws an error saying mobile network unavailable and to insert an activated sim card and to restart the phone, in which it restarts automatically

I'm assuming however, with this restart, you're still not granted a bypass into the FRP? The model for an aristo device would be vastly different. Although they may seem similar, many phones after android 5.0 took frp bypass security into the main accounting of a device. So oftentimes, what worked for one phone, may have been patched for a phone made only a few weeks or months after.

There may be other ways around it using an application or adding a layer of complication to the phones brain.. Ultimately when factory unlocking a phone. You want to either find a way to progress further through the phone until you're all the way in or put it under such an intense workload that it will make the setup wizard stop working

It is possible the phone updated, in which case, flashing an older firmware can make it work If it's still set on the same security update as of this video, then you may have skipped, or missed steps.
