This video was a Christmas miracle. You saved thanksgiving and our duck. I had a m8x1.25. Cross threaded that sucker right in. Our new fryer worked till the timer went off and never relit. I knew it was one of the dumb safety’s.

We had the malfunctioning timer assembly issue yesterday frying a turkey. Got a 4x4 and held the button down to finish the bird. Going to try this to not buy a new burner before Christmas.

Nice job. Do you turn your tank on all the way up or just less than half? Have you tried to install a larger burner?

I got the tank all the way up then just control it by the red valve done 4 turkeys over the holiday and flame never went out.

Dude just remove the thermocouple from the burner intake and hookup the propane hose directly... no screw needed.

What about getting a zip tie to just keep that pressed down. That way it just stays open and lit.
