Why do we create chart ? We can use the CSV file in office to make types of chart like pie 🥧 chart , bar , column chart and so on , . To Export.table.toDrive , you can write url and save time when you want to click and download 🙏

You do not necessarily need to do charts with in earth engine. But this is to show some examples in case someone needs to visualize charts within earth engine. As you have said, you can export CSV and create charts manually in office or write Python code to automate the process outside of earth engine. Hope that answers your question. Thanks.
