I think there is a mistake in Construction cost. It increases as floors raise. Need more width steel and thick pillers.

Very useful information and than you for the same. Please confirm (i) whether the area per floor is only slab area (ii) whether construction cost includes cost of stilt flooring. Thanks once again.
