Thank you for sharing this video. The avg you calculate is sales avg but not the sales per day (Sales /31 or 30 or 28 for Feb). What for example if we have day w/o sales.

Facing the same problem. The day where there are no sales, it is reducing the denominator as well.

I have tested and sum divided by number of days with data gives the same result The number of days requires a calculated columns « date with data » on the calendar table and then a calculate on countrows (calendar) and with the filter on the calculated columns. I prefer this to be able to create various day counts with various filters Agreed ?

How would you calculate the average sales per weekday in case you want to know how much you sell on a monday, tuesday, wednesday,... over a timeframe of lets say 1 year.

Does this calculation work for data sets that doesn't include amounts. i.e I am trying to use this to calculate average number of customers per day and i'm not sure of how to apply this. Kindly help

@@EnterpriseDNA Thank you My question is I have calculated the average measure of due date and receipt date it gives me 40.55 as a value, but if I would need the categories wise distribution of average it's giving me same value 40.55 for all the categories which is wrong, so pls could u help me working in this as it should give a seperate averages per category.
