Thanks for information. But if I were you I would first test and then derive k factor. Then just insert that kfactor to fusion. It will do rest of the work. Your calculation depending on k factors. K factor varies by different materials.

The calculator shows the base at 2”. Wouldn’t the base be 6”?

reasonable explanation but why did you have to overlay the audio with a guitar riff on repeat at the same volume level as the guys voice

Hi, thanks for the video. I was having a play around with the bending calculator and I am wondering which way to make the bends for the deduction to work? Say if I was wanting to bend a U shape from a strip of steel with a specific inside measurement - which way do I make the bends for eg. fold one end, flip the work around 180 deg and fold the other or fold both bends from the same way?

Hey there! We don't work off of inside measurements but you can enter the outside dimensions in each of the base and flange sections with the bend calculator. You just need to be sure they mind our u-channel ratios. sendcutsend.com/bending/

Why is the K-factor 0.4? Your website states 0.43 for 0.080" 5052 Alum? Is the Bend Allowance 0.2466" or 0.1326"? Your bend calculator states the latter. Additionally, neither of those two numbers is obtained when you utilize that formula (90*(pi/180)*(0.125*K(0.080))). Not sure if that formula is correct, On a positive note, your calculator is very handy and it has yielded me correct dimensions to use in CAD.

Excellent tool but not very helpful if you're outside of the US All material options are in inches which don't line up with metric options
