BROTHER, for 0.23m dimension (wall thickness) we can consider brick dimension 0.2mm or 0.1mm*2 as for 0.23 we can use brick and plaster. So, we can use wall area (square feet or square meter) for calculation. if we use area then brick requirement is 5109 without wastage.

☺️very easy friend 0.23 is the wall thickness Outer measure is 6m × 4m But if u split all four sides wall it will never 6m or 4m If u cut the wall along longer length so 6m will remain but shorter wall will be reduced. And if u cut wall along shorter length so 4m will remain but longer wall will be reduced.....I hope u understand
