Maine property purchase ki thi.. so mere 26AS and AIS mai wo do details dikhara hai.. ek to wo amount jitne ki maine property purchase ki, and jo 1% TDS maine seller ka deduct kiya.. Meri annual income 50 lakh se kamm hai and maine home loan lekar property kharrrdi hai.. So jo ye property purchase ki amount and 1%TDS jo maine deduct kiya tha isko mujhe kahi prr bhi ITR file krte waqt mention to nhi krna hoga na?? Please Reply.

Sirji, LTCG Tax से भी ज्यादा तकलीफ होने वाली है CG reinvestment पे !! पहले indexed cost के बाद बचा हुआ profit ही reinvest करना पडता था cg tax बचाने को !! अब बगैर indexation वाला पूरा प्रोफीट reinvest करना पडेगा !! मे अगर पैसे की जरूरत के कारण पुराना प्रॉपर्टी बेचके, indexed प्रोफीट इन्वेस्ट करके, बाकी रकम का अन्य उपयोग करना चाहता हुं, तो अब वैसा नहीं कर पाउंगा 😢

sir mere itr mei saving INTEREST income ko exempt income mei mention kar diya hai ...new tax regime se itr bhara tha...taxable income 0 hai aur aur saving interest jodne k baad bhi taxable income 0 hi hoti... aur 5600 Rs tds ka refund claim kiya h...IT dept se mail bhi aa gaya h for bank acc validation...toh kya mujhe itr revise karne k zazurat h due to wrong saving interest jo exempt mei mention kar diya h ya rehne du??? ek bhaiya ne bhara tha...PLZ BATAIYE

Property sold in 2021, thereafter capital gain amount is deposited in CGAS. The amount is not being utilised and expiring in August 2024. WHAT WILL THE LONG TERM CAPITAL GAIN Now, with indexation or without indexation ?

Sir sold my commercial shop today, Date on Agreement to sell is 15th July with 20% payment, Full TDS payment done by buyer on 18 July, Registry done on 25 July and 80% payment received on 25 July... Indexation benefit mileage ya nahi...please advise.
In your case ,Sale deed executed post budget, full payment received post budget, hence no indexation benefit
