As her number: 4.964/gal is the fuel cost, the national fuel baseline(base price) is $2.5/gal by dept of defense. However, people say we should use $1.2/gal as the price as before 2008 or 2000. Either way, your pick. So, you will have (4.964-1.2)/6= 0.627. Then use the 0.627*whatever the miles. I think these kinds of videos are useless if they do not explain the core, or for people who do not know the industry. I might be wrong about this. Anyways, good luck!
