How to Calculate Individual Riser Height for Stair Building in Centimeters

Here in Israel we calculate - two risers and one tread should be between 61 and 63 cm In building that are built right I've never seeing a riser taller than 17.5 cm or a tread that wider than 25 cm That's the building code as far as I know, but my knowledge about building codes is mostly based on job site conversations so I could be misinformed
