Easier way. Whatever the last bet was. Times it by 2. And then add it to what’s in the pot. And that’s you limit. Ex. If there’s 20 chips in the middle. And the last guy was 8 dollar bet. 8 times 2 is 16. So just had the 16 to the 20 and get 36.

Just got a question guys. Max bet per player is the POT+ the previous bet of the last player sat next to you. If it’s $5 to call and the pot is $35 the max cap Is $40 right. Pot +++ the latest call Is that correct? If I’m not mistaken they are No re raise limits in pot limit variations or games. Omaha dosent have the 3-5 raise limit per round. Pot limit games as a standard don’t use that rule. 2. The buy ins are far larger 200/300BB or 200/300 Antee’s is the minimum. Limit and PoT Limit the max u can take is unlimited there are only a minimum amount you can bring to the table. There is no max buy in in limit and pot limit games only a minimum and they are generally 2-3 bigger than regular standard buy ins. Omaha can be played most commonly In Pot Limit or fixed Limit Blinds or Antee’s. They are 3 variations on this games. PLO 4 Cards PLO 5 Cards PLO 6 Cards You can play 4-5-6 Card versions. I have heard of PLO5 Somewhere.

What is minimum 3 bet or 4 bet at pot limit omaha?
@GokuPoker6 күн бұрын
minimum raise is always the 2x last bet e.g. if the last bet is 100, minimum bet is 200 (2x100) Subsequent min bets must be 2x the previous bet minus the difference between the previous bet and the bet before. So in 1/2 blinds, the first raise is 4 (2*2), the 3bet is 6 ( (4*2) - (4-2) ), the 4bet is 10 ( (6 * 2) - (6 - 4) ), the 5bet is 16 ((10*2)-(10-6)) etc.

Easier way for me to call the last bet in my mind then count the pot at that moment, and then raise according to the pot. So first call, then raise.

Multiply last bet x3 then what's behind .. why do you make it complicated and confusing?
@GokuPoker2 жыл бұрын
it's confusing for you because you learned to do it differently - but it works just the same

Players are never gonna put in the call and wait for you the dealer to add it up, they want to know immediately what it is. Use the 3x method!
