Hi Joe, saw the video was interesting and you are doing a great job, since all the loads were connected on single phase AC supply, it would be good to explain that minor difference is due to the power factor value P=V*I*Cos"phi", So the heats are found to be leading load whereas light is found to be lagging load due to the transformer used to connect it. heaters are leading because you may be reciving over compensated supply from utility provider and LED lights are lagging on same source due to the transformer used.

I think maybe some manufacturers use in their calculations voltage equal to 220 or 230 as standard value and your practical measurement with voltage 244 is different from them .
