Let's say a costumer want to change or refund his half used ticket while upgrading the class due to the unavailability of the original class so instead of calculating with "fxp+ old date" We use the FQP command and calculate both the pinality and the difference (taxes/base fare)

​@@zafarminhas hi sir. I'm a ticketing agent with a modest experience. I recently had an ADM's of three tickets on the same PNR Concerning E3 tax refunded with the refunded amount. I didn't edit or updated taxes ad on the video. I only introduced refund penalty and Processed the refund simply. Then surprised by Adm from the company Gulf Air. 😢😢

If you use ATC refund automated removed used and non refundable taxes, for manual refund need to adjust refundable taxes
