Wow, very good video sir ab samajh aya aapne mujhe 40-0-40 Q mana kiya Qki agar amplifier 4ohm pe chala to overload se udd jayega, aur 30-0-30 pe chalega to safe rahega, ya fir transisters badhakar voltage badhai jaaye aur maankar chale 8ohm pe 140-160W aur 4ohm pe 200-240W safe use k liye aur single pair me 8ohm pe 70-80W aur 4ohm pe 100-120W max. Qki 1 baari me 1 transistor chalega to iska matlab chahe dual supply h hum calculate single supply se hi karenge.

Sir, bahut details se samjhaya hai aur meine ye formula pe pehle bhi kaafi sawaal kiye hai aapse, but ab kuch doubts baaki hai kaafi to solve hue hai mere, ab ye samajh agaya hai ki input voltate me dual voltage wale amplifier me each channel ki max power k liye use V*V/2R, but single supply ke case me kya karna hota hai sir, usme same formula hai ya jaise apne bataya voltage half hojayegi to uss case me to fir eg. 12V se koi amplifier chalta hai to wo to 6*6/16=2.25W hi max dega on each channel without reducing 1V drop. ya fir 12*12/16=9W max on each channel chahe wo amplifier jyada watts ka ho. eg in case of bridge amplifier apki video ki max 4x power tak jaa sakta h, tabhi 4440 12V se 19V de sakta hai lekin agar 6*6 se calculate karenge to fir wo to 9W max dega bridge se bhi. PAM 8610 meant for 10W+10W running with 12V will give how much output max, this can help me calculating for others. Qki without load transformer jyada output deta hai isliye hum kam ka use karte hai 1.414 wale formula se 12*1.414=16.96V but on full load ye wapas 11.5-12.5 hojata hai.

v*v/R is correct formula. But I have used 2R for compensation of all type of voltage drops. You can use the original formula. considering few volts from the half voltage.

Sir namsate🙏🏻 maine abhi abhi JBL ki 1500Hi ki ek Sub Woofer manguvayi hai jiski impedance value 4 Ohms bathayi gayi thi, aur jub mai multimeter ko continuity mai lagakar check kiya tho uski value 1 Ohm dhikaya. Kya Tpa3116d2 ki sub output line ko is speaker sey koi haani ho sakthi hai jaanna chahtha hu sir!?

Agar 1 ohms hai to tpa3116 ko overload kar dega. Waise agar genuine JBL hai to itna difference nahi hona chaahiye. Kisi doosre multimeter se check karke dekhiye. Agar 3116 amplifier ki supply 19 volt ya usse ka hai to low volume par test kar sakte hai. Agar ic heat nahi hoti to volume high kar sakte hain.

Another way is to measure voltage at output using any multimeter on AC voltage setting, and applying sine wave 100Hz test signal at full input sensitivity levels. For loading only 4R , 8R power resistors should be used. No speakers should be used during testing. Formula is same VxV/ R. Only expensive multimeter can test 1KHz sine wave. e.g input 1V & output 20V , then wattage is 20*20/4= 100W You can download free test signal or search on KZbin. This method is applicable only in class A or AB amplifier.

One more thumb is total RMS * 10 = PMPO but that was with ethical brands like Sony etc not with products that want to cheat their customers. However the method u have mentioned as second one is very easy to calculate.
