12% exempt should be taken on salary i.e salary=basic+D.A+commission

Mam professional tax hamesha add,and dedication me se minus bhi karna hai kya, but mam kis kis problem me professional tax only deduction me minus kiya he why mam both r different

When they provide that professional tax is so and so you are supposed to deduct it under sec 16. And when the employer pays the same for you, add it as prerequisites.

I think If employer pays then we have to add it in salary and then do deduction If employees pays then we have to deduct it at last
