The -4.5 should be -4.4. This is because 1.1-5.5=-4.4, not-4.5.

You may take any point before and after the intersection of the tangent that is easy to read.

By zooming you will find find the gradient is inaccurate so is there any way of getting correct gradient.

You can choose any two random points from the line. Just estimate the values as accurately as you can and try to choose two points with whole numbers if possible.

For y coordinates the calculation is wrong the answer is 4.4 not 4.5

The change in y is the difference of the y-coordinates, while the change in x is the difference of the x-coordinates. For example, the point A(2,3) and the point B(4,6), the difference of the y-coordinates is 3-6=-3, and the difference of the x-coordinates is 2-4=-2. Or, we can take the difference of the y-coordinates as 6-3=3, and the difference of the x-coordinates as 4-2=2. When the difference of the y-coordinates is divided by the difference of the x-coordinates we get gradient.
