technically you're just multiplying by "100" not "100%". Multiplying by 100 gives you the percentage.

I used a different method and got the same answer 20- 27/20* 100% =35%

Shouldn't the formula for exercise 4. answer a) be: (120.000 *- 80.000)* / 80.000 x 100 because the cost of the the object has to be factored in even when you just look at the ROI from the rent? I get it: if you look at the transaction as a whole you only have to factor in the cost one time - but the exercise was to look at the rent exclusively.
