Im so glad your birthday is close to mine because the chart you used for the retrograde example is actually the year of my saturn return (2015). I was waiting for it to go into 17° Sagittarius, but it only went up to 4° and started moving backwards... so I never saw when the return is actually happening.

Is it common for the saturn return to the exact degree to occur during a peak period of zodiacal releasing? It turns out that for me I have a peak period on lv 1 and lv 2 during the exact time that saturn hits the degree in my natal chart when releasing from the lot of spirit 🙃🙃

Mine already passed. Must’ve been when I was 27 and I ruined my career. Omg it is! My Saturn return started in December 2012 in 9:31 degrees of Scorpio and it went into Sagittarius a cpl years later then retrograded back into Scorpio again in 2015. I had my daughter in November of 2015, before Saturn went back into Sagittarius, she is a Scorpio. I almost bled to death. I had a retained placenta after I gave birth to her and they had to rush me to surgery to remove it. I could feel it. My epidural stopped working because they had lowered the dose for me to feel contractions to push. There was no time to give me anesthesia and it was hell. They had to give me a lot of blood. I could hear the whole thing and the surgeon ordered 2 units of blood while I was in there. I couldn’t move, I felt paralyzed, they gave me a gas mask and some medicine so I wouldn’t feel the pain, but I did and I couldn’t do anything about it. I found strength somehow to get through it. All I cared about was having my daughter near me again. I have a healthy, beautiful daughter and she was worth it. Not sure if I’ll have another though. I’m happy with just her. I think she was my blessing for all the bs. She helped me change my life. I’ll have to be sure to be there and keep a close eye on her during her Saturn return.

So if I understand it right, Saturn will be back in Pisces (the sign where it was when I was born) in March 2023, but then it will retrograde around 7 degrees, and then it will go forward again in March 2024. It will retrograde again in the end of 2024 but not reach my degrees again and then it finally leaves Pisces in May 2025. This is confusing. :D

I think this should be updated because some of us have Saturn at the exact degree only for a month and it changes signs, so this wouldn't apply. Your Saturn return goes on for 2-3 years. So that would mean for some, their Saturn return actually starts sooner. So it would be more like when Saturn goes into the sign you were born.

My second Saturn return begins April 2024, of which I am thankful to be able to prepare. I thought it was going to start sooner, right when Saturn enters Pisces. I looked up books on Amazon and thought to ask here: Does anyone have a suggestion for materials? My first return ended remarkably but VERY difficult all in all.

My saturn return in Sagittarius doesn't actually hit for me until 2047...I'll be 69 years old. Saturn does hop in and out of Sagittarius in 2014 thru 2017/2018ish but not in my exact degree of 29...does the degree matter that much?

great video I just followed along and figured out my Saturn return is 2016 when Saturn transits Sagittarius. However with Saturn transiting Scorpio it has been transiting my 1st house and it had conjunct my natal placement of Pluto (in Scorpio) definitely a lot of growth in the past 2 years.

Is it normal for my exact Saturn return to the degree only hitting once? Saturn does the retrograde dance between Aquarius and Capricorn and my degree is 15 Aquarius so it’s exactly for about one week and that’s it.

Yeah that happens sometimes. But that means that it is super close right now because it stationed at 13 Aquarius a couple days ago, so this would theoretically be one of the periods of peak intensity, second only to the exact hit later on.
