I think you forgot to mention, that this is the basal metabolism rate.. we do also need to have a look at the calories we burn every day, to take in consideration..

you need height for your total calories sir not just weight

No you don't! The Harris-benedict equation does not use height (only weight/age/gender), the Mifflin-St Jeor doesn't (BMR is estimated from weight/age/gender), Katch-McArdle (which I built my website calculator from) only uses LBM and not height. Even the Schofield equation doesn't factor in height!

@@BradNewtonFitness If I use your method sir I would have a low calorie intake in a day given I am an active person doing 4-5 days of strength training per week. In my case that would be 1320 kcal for a 60 kg 5'5" person. How would you build enough muscle sir? That might cause headache and other symptoms. And just like the other comment below stated too low calorie for him/her

@@BradNewtonFitness I mean there are a lot of factors to consider when it comes to metabolism. Important are your weight and height, age, gender, and your activity I think it's best to decrease total calorie intake near maintenance calorie if you want to achieve body recomp
