I'm experiencing two unusual problems with my plotter. First, it seems that the plotter won’t read the registration marks on any glossy papers, except for adhesive photo paper, which only "kind of" works. I specifically bought the plotter to cut adhesives, but it just won’t read the marks on adhesive printable vinyl. Secondly, while it cuts almost perfectly on matte paper, it fails to cut correctly on the only glossy paper it recognizes (adhesive photo paper). For example, I can print a matte paper and immediately print an adhesive photo paper. The matte one cuts great, but the glossy one is about 5mm off the intended cut line. This is really frustrating, as my main purpose for the plotter is creating stickers.

❤Está máquina ha trabajado muy bien cortando el vinil,👍 Hice la primera prueba cortando vinil con la opción que da el programa, y se arruinó pues corto el vinyl permanente, el papel de protección y el mat y para removerlo tuve que lavarlo otra vez, en fin quedó bien, intenté por segunda vez cortar el vinyl pero esta vez con velocidad 3 y fuerza de corte 1.5 y quedó perfecto😊😊, cuando el papel de protección del sticker o vinyl no se corta es más fácil 👍👍❤️❤️removerlo del mat, sale casi completo. Aun no he conseguido calibrar la máquina con mi impresora. La primera vez que traté de calibrarla seguí los pasos que dicen: imprimí la hoja en donde no dicen que tamaño de papel debemos usar, la impresión salió incompleta, faltaba la letra B, igualmente lo puse en la máquina y fue terrible!! Primero porque ningún corte coincidió con las lines y segundo tratar de remover el papel 😢😢 en el mat que quedó todo arañado, pero lo lave con agua tibia y jabón de manos y quedó limpio e igualmente pegadizo.

Your cuts are still too far right on many of those stickers. Some people have had to calibrate many times to get the cut acurate and some people never achieve it, especially on more complicated cuts. It is very frustrating

Cuando se imprime desde la computadora en Letter 8.5 x 11 pulgadas, la impresión sale incompleta y al ponerla en la Loklik, ningún corte coincide con las líneas, los cortes salen todos movidos a la izquierda y arriba de las líneas.

The calibration is not working I have done it multiple times and wasted so many papers and it is not calibrated 😡. Is this one of the main reasons I wanted this cutting machine so I could cut my labels and my soap boxes.

All sorted! Plugged into USB 2.0, updated firmware, calibrated cutter-now works perfectly. Disappointed shop didn't help, just said watch KZbin. Few tutorials available, but figured it out on my own. Glad it works!

After completing the firmware update, it finally allowed me to calibrate it. The guidelines for the old version were 4, but the newest version only has 2@@icseccebu6542

Why do you ship this machine with super strength adhesive on the mat and that's it? I cannot remove vinyl from the mat without distortion on the vinyl after. And even this video you want me to put printer paper on it? Show you trying to remove the paper after that lol obviously you dont want people to see that struggle. It won't work right with no mat, i cant find mats for this machine locally and amazon says theres 1 option. That option is to have to buy 2 other mats i dont want to get the 1 i do want from an international seller/shipper, and thats just a crapshoot if it'll be the solution for your products to stop distorting my work. You should have made this machine accept rolls of 12inch material that are available literally everywhere because your stuff is not a big variety and not available locally and seems like Amazon is selling less variety of your brand too. Plus it says it shipped with 2 screwdrivers or what look like screwdrivers but I didn't get any of those. I'm sorry I bought this machine. Gonna return it.
