Hey Anna, this webinar was awesome... thank you! Question: at about 16 minutes you read a call example where you introduce yourself (including the company/group), and then later in the webinar you also talk about leaving a voicemail and again you state your first name and company/group. My question is do you feel it is best to state your company/group or would it be acceptable to just say your first name and then the rest of your introduction? I ask just because I've been told by others that less info is better with a cold call like this prior to getting to the question to get them to respond. Thank you so much!
